Jason is interested in collaborating with creative people and telling great stories.
In his career as an editor over the past couple of decades, Jason’s work has straddled scripted and documentary storytelling genres. Films he’s edited have featured at TIFF, VIFF, Hot Docs, DOXA and the Venice Film Festival.
Jason has also won and been nominated for multiple awards.
As a multi-instrumentalist, he is devoted to writing and recording music which helps inform his work an editor. Jason enjoys the challenge of molding narrative structure to create emotionally engaging stories. He has been particularly sought out for his abilities with timing, music and sound design.
